If you find...
Spelling errors, grammar errors, sentences that don't make sense, let us know by just sending an email with the subject line, "Corrections", and telling us which page, where on that page and what you think is an error, and we'll fix it.
If you think a New Category should be created on the Web Site...
Just send us an email with the subject line, "New Category - Web Site", telling us what your idea is and where you think the new category should be published. Your idea could be for a main category or any sub-category. Of course, we'd really like it if your idea included as much detail as possible on why the new category would be good and what should be in the new category.
If have some Web Links to send us...
Just send us an email with the subject line, "Web Links", with the links, telling us where you think the links should be published - a web page and a subject. If you find any published web links that don't work, let us know about them.
If you have some Pictures to send us...
Just send us an email with the subject line, "Pictures", with the pictures as attachments. If you decide to edit the pictures, please keep the horizontal size to no smaller than 800 pixels horizontal or 7 inches horizontal. That way we'll be able to adjust the final size to fit the web page it's going to be published on and still keep the quality of the picture high. Keep your pictures "clean" by not having the date (or anything else) from the camera show up in the picture.
If you want to write an Original Article for us...
Take a look and see what we've already got (if anything) and get started. We would welcome your new ideas for a topic that's not yet listed, as well as what's already there.
You can write the article yourself, and/or collaborate with others via emails, personal conversations, etc. and when finished submit the article to the Web Site.
When you decide to start, let us know in an email with the subject line, "Article", tell us where the article should be published, i.e. which web topic and perhaps sub-topic, like "The Repair Shed - Adjusting The Auto Clutch". In the case of a new topic your email will allow us to set up the placeholder on the Web Site for it. Additionally, we can put a notice on the Web Site that you are starting to write on that topic. This will notify others that someone has started on that article and they can either collaborate with you or start on another topic that interests them. With your permission we will put your email address there, so others that want to help, can do so.
Don't forget to take some good pictures of what you're talking about and send everything to us. We'll help with visual editing (make it look great) and give you and all of your contributors credit as authors at the bottom of the article. You'll be famous. And, you'll be helping a lot of other CT'ers get some information that they can't find anywhere else.
In working on the article, it's recommended that you to do the following process...
The article could be written in an email or in Microsoft Word (attached to an email).
If you are writing a "How To" article, think of having someone, outside your group of collaborators (a neutral and objective person), test the description, to see if they are able to "do it".
If you use pictures or drawings in your article (we hope you will), then please put the following "tag" in the article where a picture or drawing should belong... "Picture # X goes here" or "Drawing # X goes here". Where the "X" is the number of your picture or drawing. A picture or drawing should come after the written section in the article, not before. We won't be able to do any fancy page layout formatting, so, side by side pictures or drawings won't happen. A picture or drawing caption is recommended below the picture or drawing, but is not required.
Pictures or drawings should have the file name -> "Picture # X" or "Drawing # X", starting with the first picture or drawing in your article at # 1 and then sequentially from there to the last picture or drawing in your article. Example -> Picture # 1, Drawing # 2, Picture # 3, etc., or something that is close to these type of file names.
When you're finished with the article send us an email with the subject line, "Article", tell us where the article should be published, i.e. which web topic and perhaps sub-topic, like "The Repair Shed - Adjusting The Auto Clutch". If there are any special notes that you need us to know about, include them in the email.
Send us the pictures or drawings as attachments to your email. If you need to send multipule emails to get all the pictures or drawings sent, go ahead and do it that way. Please remember to have the picture or drawing file names, as listed above. If you decide to edit your pictures or drawings, please keep the horizontal size to no smaller than 800 pixels horizontal or 7 inches horizontal. That way we'll be able to adjust the final size to fit the web page it's going to be published on and still keep the quality of the pictures high. JPEGs & TIFF's are good formats for pictures and GIFs or Adobe Illustrator images are good for drawings.
If you want to collaborate (make adjustments) on an Existing Article...
Please contact the author(s) of the original article and work with them to make corrections. When your process is complete, the original author(s) will resubmit the article for publication and will list you as a co-author. If you are not able to get in contact with the author(s), send us an email with the subject line, "Original Author?", mention in the email the name of the topic and we'll advise you how to proceed.
If you have any Honda Logo Items...
And, you'd like to send us a picture of it or them. Please follow the file naming convention listed above and make sure the size of the picture(s) is no smaller than 800 pixels horizontal or 7 inches horizontal. That way we'll be able to adjust the final size to fit the web page it's going to be published on and still keep the quality of the picture(s) high. Send us an email with the subject line, "Honda Logo Items" and include your description (where you'd get it, size, any special remarks, etc.) and attach the picture(s) to the email.

If you have a question, comment, compliant or anything that doesn't seem to fit in any of the ideas listed above, send us an email with the subject line, "Other Things" and include your thoughts.
